sweetness of summer, part one

we've got sales, specials, and a recipe

This summer is jam-packed with sweet deals and contests--- you just have to come back often and read the musings of a firefly, lemonade, starry summer night to find them.

Lemonade season is in full swing.  It's certainly about time I make my favorite (easy) summer pie- Lemonade Pie (maybe I should dye it purple this year).  You would like the recipe you say? Oh, absolutely!  And just in time for the holidays.   I don't mean the 4th of July- though that certainly is a good one. Read on to see what there is to celebrate...

lemonade pie

Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, mix together concentrate and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Pour filling into crust
  4. Chill before serving.
Make this pie, take a photo of it, and email it to me. I'll enter you in a contest to win $50 off a mini session booked this summer!
What's your favorite lemon treat? Include that, too, and I'll add your name a second time to the contest.  I'll take entries until July 31st.
